Workshops
Everyday you will be able to participate in 1 of 3 workshops. Such as, expanding your voice, writing music, percussion, harmonium and more. All workshops are included in the price.
Sample workshops:
– Basic harmonium
– Vocal activation
– How to play cymbals
– Pronunciation of Sanskrit and Hindi
– How to make a new song
– Basic mrudang and tablas
– Yoga Philosophy
Age
The So’Ham Retreat Centers age limit to participate is 18 years old. We do not have the facilites to accommodate younger children.

The prices listed below includes accomodations according to your choice, all meals from dinner on July 21 to lunch on July 27, all programs, kirtans, workshops.
The kirtan retreat will follow a daily schedule of morning chai, morning meditation, yoga, breakfast, morning text chant, general assembly, workshops, lunch, free time, afternoon yoga, dinner, evening kirtans.

Accomodations
Please choose your accomodations in the sign up options below. All prices include accomodations, food and the retreat. No separate accommodation and retreat prices. One price for it all.
We have limited accommodations so please book early if you are planning to attend
The accommodation will be in:
A. Main Building – Single rooms inside main building, Bathrooms in building. 7900 SEK
B. Main Building – Double rooms (shared with one person) Bathrooms in building. 6900 SEK
C. Small Barn – 4-person dorms inside the small barn, 2 beds on the loft and 2 beds in the main area (please indicate of you can’t climb a short ladder to get to the loft). Bathrooms in the building. 5900 sek
D. Small Cottage – Double rooms (shared with one person) Bathrooms in main building or small barn. 5700 SEK
E. Glamping / Safari Tent – Bed in a 4-5 person tent. Bathrooms in main building or small barn. 4900 SEK
All rooms are simple and clean. All linens and towels are included. If you plan to go swimming in your free time, please make sure to bring your own towel for that.
