Last summer, 2024, twelve women came together, with open broken hearts, in the “Grief Love Loss” Retreat at Soham Retreat Center.

It was a time of sharing, listening, crying, laughing, hiking, swimming, eating, singing, doing yoga and art work, meditating wrapped in the magic and safety of likemindeness. Everybody belonged to the club, that nobody wanted to be a member in. And everybody shared the agony and heartbrokedness from having lost a child to fentanyl poisoning or substance abuse.

It was a remarkable time and a remarkable group of women. The experiences, the love, the beginning healing. A truly remarkable week
