Workshops
Everyday you will be able to participate in one of 4 workshops. Such as, yoga, expanding your voice, percussion, setting up your own puja, harmonium and more. All workshops are included in the price. You will sign up for each workshop at the retreat site.

The prices listed below includes accomodations according to your choice, all meals from dinner on July 21 to lunch on July 27, all programs, kirtans, workshops.

Yoga
There will be yoga classes at several times during the day. These classes will be suitable to both beginners and more advanced yogis and yoginis. The classes will be taught by Prema and Gabriel. Click HERE to see a partial sample class or Yin Yoga
Age
The So’Ham Retreat Centers age limit to participate is 18 years old. We do not have the facilites to accommodate younger children.
Schedule
The prices listed below includes accomodations according to your choice, all meals from dinner on July 21 to lunch on July 27, all programs, kirtans, workshops.
The kirtan retreat will follow a daily schedule of morning chai, morning meditation, yoga, breakfast, morning text chant, general assembly, workshops, lunch, free time, afternoon yoga, dinner, evening kirtans.

Early Pricing is available until February 1, 2025. Registration and down payment, 1000 SEK, needs to be received by us by February 1, 2025
The accommodation will be in:
A. Main Building – Single rooms inside main building, Bathrooms in building. 14950 SEK (no Early Bird pricing for single rooms). Note. We have 2 single rooms available. If you register for Single Room and none is available you will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified at a later date if one becomes available. If you want to ensure a space in the retreat we suggest registering for a double room and let us know if would like to be on a waiting list for the single room. B. Main Building – Double rooms (shared with one person) Bathrooms in building. 11900 SEK Early Bird pricing 9900 SEK
C. Main Building – Triple room (room shared with 2 more people). 1 room available. Bathrooms in building. 11900 SEK Early Bird pricing 9900 SEK
D. Small Barn – Double rooms, 2 beds in each room. Bathrooms in building. 11900 SEK Early Bird pricing 9900 SEK . 1 rooms available
E. Cottage – 3 smaller rooms with 2 beds in each. Bathrooms a short walk away in Small Barn or Main Building. 10900 SEK Early Bird pricing 8900 SEK
F. Camping – Bring your own tent. We have room for 3 small tents. NO cooking. 6900 SEK for one person tent, 9900 SEK for 2 person tent.
All rooms are simple and clean. All linens and towels are included. If you plan to go swimming in your free time, please make sure to bring your own towel for that.
